1- A PDF bill of lading is sent to the customer account to the customer's mobile, and the customer is expected to deliver the product to the shipping company within three days from the date of sending the policy to him.
2- An agreement is made with the customer on the delivery method to the shipping companies with the customer service team, according to each city's policy and from where the product was purchased.
3- The policy is cancelled unless the customer delivers the product to the shipping company within three days of sending the approach to the customer.
4- After receiving the product, it is sent to the official agent for examination.
5- After examination with the agent, it became clear that the product was under warranty, and the defect was found. The agent performs warranty services according to its terms.
6- The customer bears the shipping cost.
If the malfunction is not proven through the agent's report, the product will be returned to the customer at his expense, and the customer will bear the shipping costs back and forth.
