Terms and conditions for purchasing from Majaly:

Dear customer, to organize the sales process, we hope that you will review the following before completing the purchase process, as the completion of the purchase will be considered as acceptance of these terms:


First: Showcase the products.

Presentation and marketing of products on the site are not interpreted in any way as a recommendation to fit and match any product with the desire and need of the customer, and therefore the customer is responsible for making sure that the product fits his needs by reviewing the information included on the page of each product, and in the identification pages,


Second: shipping and delivery

The customer must correctly enter the recipient's name and the delivery address. Suppose there is an error in the address or contact numbers. In that case, this may cause the shipment to be delayed or not delivered or the imposition of additional fees by the shipping company or the delivery representative.

The expected time for the arrival of the goods is an estimated time, and we will do our best to receive your order as soon as possible, but the order may be delayed for reasons beyond the store's control.

The customer's order may be delayed for reasons related to the customer himself, such as his absence at the delivery site, his failure to respond to the delivery representative's call, or his request to change the delivery address, and in such circumstances, neither the store nor the delivery company is responsible for the delay.

If the shipping is free, the store may change the shipping company the customer chose without referring to the customer. It may also be changed if the shipping is paid, provided that the store returns the difference in fees to the customer if the fees after the change are lower.

If the shipment arrives damaged from the inside, the customer must inform the shipping company before receiving the order and then inform the store directly.


Third: return and exchange

The customer has the right to exchange within 5 days only and return within 24 hours from the date of receiving the shipment


Return terms:

Electronic devices are not returnable.

The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, and all labels must be removed, undamaged, and wrapped in the original cover.

If the customer refuses to receive the product after shipment, the shipping value and payment channels fees (if due) will be deducted in full from the total invoice, and the rest of the amount will be returned to him.

The refund is for the returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees, payment fees upon receipt, or bank fees are not refundable.

The amount will be refunded after receiving the shipment and ensuring it is in its original condition.

Products that complain of a manufacturing defect are replaced if the product is available or the value of the product is returned to the customer.

Products purchased in installments are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Orders cannot be canceled after they have been executed

Digital cards are not refundable or exchangeable.

The agent guarantees mobile phones, tablets, and electronic devices.

Note: The expected period for refunds is 3 to 14 working days.


Fourth: costs for (cancellation/modification / non-receipt) of the application:

The customer must request modification or cancellation via the store's WhatsApp at 0532129418. Given other companies provide that shipping, delivery, and payment services, fees may be charged as follows:

If the order was handed over to the shipping company before receiving the cancellation request, or if the customer did not receive the order for a reason attributable to him, and the shipping company returned the shipment to our warehouse and charged a fee for the shipment and return, these fees will be deducted from the amount returned to the customer.

Suppose shipping is free, and the customer wishes to return part of the purchases, and the value of the non-returned purchases is less than 300 riyals. In that case, the usual shipping fees will be calculated according to the destination and deducted from the amount returned to the customer.

This fee will only be charged to the customer if the shipping company charges the store.

The customer requested to re-ship his order after he returned it to us from the shipping company. The reason for his lack of access or his presence at the time of delivery, then a new shipping fee will be charged to the customer.


Fifth: Errors in (pricing, quantities, content)

We at Majaly store are very keen to provide all our products through the store. We always strive to ensure that all our information about the prices and quantities of available products and their descriptive details is accurate. However, some things may need to be corrected. Therefore:

Refrain from replaying products in the store to guarantee their availability within our warehouses, as one of the goods can be sold out while still displayed on the site.

The names and descriptions of some products may contain errors when entering and registering their information on the site.

Therefore, Majaly has the full right to reject or cancel orders it receives and to change and modify prices and quantities according to what it deems fair and appropriate for him and the customer. The customer will be contacted to find out if he wishes to complete the order after making amendments to it or canceling it.

Suppose a typographical error occurs in the content or name of the product. In that case, Majaly is authorized to amend this error at any time and all its consequences, whether in order or financial matters.


Sixth: intellectual property

The intellectual property rights of Majaly are wholly owned by Majaly,

The user or consumer respects the intellectual property rights of Majaly, including Majaly itself and the words, logos, and other symbols related to Majaly or displayed on Majaly store, as Majaly and every right related to Majaly are fully intellectual property rights for Majaly.
