Majaly - Return & Exchange Policy
At Majaly, we are committed to providing our customers with the best experience, and we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or a product might not be what you expected. Therefore, we have established a clear and flexible policy for returns and exchanges.
First: General Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
Time Frame: You can submit a request for a return or exchange within 7 days from the date you received your order.
Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unused condition, and in its sealed, original packaging. Any product that has been opened from its original packaging will not be accepted for a return or exchange unless it has a manufacturing defect.
Second: Return/Exchange Cases & Shipping Costs
1. In Case of a Manufacturing Defect or an Incorrect Item:
Majaly will cover all shipping costs.
The product will be replaced with a new one, or a full refund will be issued, according to your preference.
2. If the Customer Wishes to Return an Item (for personal reasons):
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (the cost of returning the item to our warehouse, in addition to the original shipping cost paid to deliver the order).
Your request will be processed after we receive the product and verify that it meets the conditions.
3. If the Customer Wishes to Exchange an Item (for personal reasons):
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (the cost of returning the item to our warehouse, in addition to the cost of shipping the new item).
Exception: If your original order qualified for free shipping, you will only be responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse. We will ship the new replacement item free of charge.
Third: Refund Mechanism
Refunds are processed based on the original payment method used for the order, as follows:
Electronic Payments (Mada, Visa, Apple Pay): The amount is refunded directly to the same card or account used for the purchase.
Buy Now, Pay Later (such as Tabby or Tamara): The refund is processed directly to your account with the BNPL provider. If the return is due to the customer's choice, shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD): The value of the returned product is refunded as a discount code (store credit), which can be used for future purchases.
Note: The refund process may take several business days to appear in your bank account or with your BNPL provider.
Fourth: How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide our team with the order number, a clear photo of the product, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Our team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide you with a shipping label and return address.
After we receive the returned product and verify its condition,
we will process your request according to your choice within 3-5 business days.
